ARRAIY
CHALLENGE:
Improve the digital presence of Arraiy and coach the executive team as they moved forward in seeking their next funding round. Create a website that allowed non-technical team members to manage and edit the website’s content.
WHAT WE MADE:
Redesign of the original one-page website into a more robust, professional, and easy to manage (CMS) multi-page site. Collaboratively worked with the executive team to re-create their one-sheet and pitch deck.
FLEXLOGIX
CHALLENGE:
Collaborate with the client to improve the visitor experience through a massive Information Architecture overhaul. Create a CMS site that is easy to manage and update for Flex Logix.
WHAT WE MADE:
Redesign of the information architecture (IA), and UI of the original site.
DORNBRACHT
WHAT WAS DONE:
We presented the client with crucial pain points and actionable recommendations for their website based on our research and user testing. Our methods included user interviews, user testing, a heuristic evaluation, and competitive and comparative analysis.
THE IMPACT:
The stakeholders now have a deeper understanding of their users and are able to make decisions based on research and as they redesign their site.
FIT FOR BUCKS
WHAT WAS DONE:
We facilitated early app and website testing of the target demographic of Fit For Bucks users.
THE IMPACT:
We were able to iterate and improve designs based on feedback. We also helped test and validate presumed value propositions which served to inform the product and marketing/sales efforts.
PROPROFS
WHAT WAS DONE:
ProProfs is a customer-centered organization looking to continuously improve the experience of their customers. We continue to run ongoing tests of all their product offerings, ensuring the best experience.
THE IMPACT:
Based on testing, there has been measured improvement in the customer experience, retention, and acquisition.
ADOBE
CHALLENGE:
Design and test a tool that will enable Adobe partners to easily identify how Creative Cloud Enterprise can help them optimize their creative processes.

We were delighted when we were asked to help develop content and facilitate four workshops for the C-level Walmart team members at their corporate office in Arkansas.

Team members learned about the ROI of UX and enjoyed engaging activities based on UX research and strategy.

Our founder, Jill DaSilva, was asked to teach four, 1-day UX Bootcamps in Seattle, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and downtown Los Angeles.
