What We Did

We were delighted when we were asked to help develop content and facilitate four workshops for the VC-level Walmart team members at their corporate office in Arkansas.

Team members learned about the ROI of UX and enjoyed engaging activities based on UX research and strategy.

Our founder, Jill DaSilva, was asked to teach four, 1-day UX Bootcamps in Seattle, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and downtown Los Angeles.

What We Did

Codetalk is a digital web technology job training program for low income, underemployed and underserved women. Digital Karma taught the 1 week UX course within their 15 week program that helps graduates pursue entry level positions in the technology sector.

The Impact

60% of the graduates received entry level digital positions.

Dornbracht

What We Did

We presented the client with crucial pain points and actionable recommendations for their website based on our research and user testing. Our methods included user interviews, user testing, a heuristic evaluation, and a competitive and comparative analysis.

The Impact

The stakeholders now have a deeper understanding of their users and are able to make decisions based on research and as they redesign their site.

What We Did

We facilitated early app and website testing of the target demographic of Fit For Bucks users.

The Impact

We were able to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.  We also helped test and validate presumed value propositions which served to inform the product and marketing/sales efforts.
